Featured is not verified
Paid featured placement improves visibility only. It never grants a verification badge, and verified listings are marked identically whether or not the seller has purchased promotion.
What verification does not mean
"Ownership Documentation Reviewed" confirms that documents were submitted and checked for completeness. It is not a legal opinion on title. Island Ownership will only describe title as verified where a status explicitly states that an attorney has verified title for that property.
